June 2023: There is currently a stacking issue for casters on EZServer involving Angryface Familiar, Mana Necklace XII, Brunaa's Neckguard and Rallos Zek Neckguard. So what does this mean for you? If you have Angryface Familiar and use the buff, then you are better off just using the T10 necklace. The other items will not improve your spell damage, rather, in some cases make it worse. However, if you do not own the Angryface Familiar then all 3 of the mentioned necklaces will give you a spell damage boost, just not as good as with the pet buff.
Enchanters are a great class to have, both in terms of their ability to deal damage and with what they offer with their buffs to the rest of your characters. It's recommended to have at least one Enchanter in your boxing crew. While the Wizard is the master of spell damage, the Enchanter is not too far behind, especially if you also use it's pet that sometimes proc Deathtouch.
Enchanters are a support class, mainly used here for buffing. Their buff Spell: Timeless: Vampiric Thunder which increases spell damage for all group members (e.g. strike aug damage). This buff lasts for one hour. While melee haste has no effect here, really, their best haste spell, Spell: Timeless: Haste also halves cast time on cast spells, so it is valuable to use. They also have, later, the spell Spell: Gift of Annihilation, which adds for 18 seconds 300% to base spell damage (including procs from epics or strike augments).
Past that, enchanters get a solid pet from their epic later, and this pet when properly set up (see Mana Necklace) and utilized can do respectable damage. Enchanters also get decent damaging spells, and can add decent nuke damage to any group.
The Mana Necklace for an Enchanter is akin to the ninjastrike augments to a Monk or Rogue on EZ. You don't have to get one, but it's rather silly not do to so. They are also one of three classes (along with Magician and Necromancer) that can do the Summoner's Pack quest, which allows their pet to equip an Ultimate Weapon.
The T3 Spell: Euphoria II (a mez) actually will give a brief twin cast buff to the caster, making any direct damage spell (Spell: Insanity, for example) twin cast. Not at all a bad idea to add this to your nuking setup!
