Epic weapon skins are weapons that allow you to place your epic (type 21) into them. They drop in all progression zones beginning in Plane of Dragons.

Halls of Honor epic weapon skins can be found on random mobs throughout Halls of Honor and drop commonly. They are also available from Shadow and one of them will always drop.
