The Hive Queen sells primarily Ultimate Augments, but also Charm Prism Upgrades used in crafting Ultimate Charm as well as Superior Lightstones. Instead of platinum, the Hive Queen uses Hive Shards, the alternate currency earned for completion of the Expeditions, Catacombs of Dranik, Bloodmoon Temple and Old Blackburrow.
