The Berserker is a chain class and it used to be quite popular as a DPS class on EZServer. This is because in lower tiers the proc off their epic augments can make a difference. However, in the later tiers, their DPS is about average, nothing more. They are far behind in terms of melee damage compared to [[Rogue]], and lower than a [[Beastlord]] if you use it's pet. Their damage is around the same as you would get from a [[Ranger]] / [[Shadow Knight]] and slightly lower than what you get from a [[Monk]]. What to expect from Beastlords on EZServer (2023): The Berserker is a chain class and it used to be quite popular as a DPS class on EZServer. This is because in lower tiers the proc off their epic augments can make a difference. However, in the later tiers, their DPS is about average, nothing more. They are far behind in terms of melee damage compared to Rogue, and lower than a Beastlord if you use it's pet. Their damage is around the same as you would get from a Ranger / Shadow Knight and slightly lower than what you get from a Monk. They do get a few abilities that can affect your group and/or raids DPS a bit, so that's worth mentioning below.
Primary Uses
- Average melee damage dealer.
- Does decent Area of effect DPS from their Epic Effect: "Taelosean Fury" in the lower tiers on EZ.
- Aura of Rage will add some overall DPS to your group.
- Cry Havoc a small DPS bump to group when you use this.
- Bashful Crustaceans' Pincer Attack (32000 AoE damage). Should be decent in lower tiers, but at higher tiers the damage is negligible.
- Spell: Over Raided Zerker Haste (200% haste + 60% more critical attacks). This item gives a damage bump due to more criticals.
- Firestrike augments before you get your Ultimate Weapon. The Berserkers wields the 2 hander Ultimate Great Axe when they get it, and you can't augment Firestrike in those.
- Vengeful Flurry Discipline to increase your DPS further.
