The Hive Queen sells primarily Ultimate Augments, but also Charm Prism Upgrades used in crafting Ultimate Charm as well as Superior Lightstones. Instead of platinum, the Hive Queen uses Buzzing Berries, the alternate currency earned for completion of the two Expeditions, Catacombs of Dranik and Bloodmoon Temple.
