- Because it's a debuff, the Spell Damage increase in-opted by this line gets calculated by the base damage of your Spells / Strike Augments resulting in very little gain. It does, however, fully buff the damage pets deal via Mana Necklace procs, as the base damage of them is unnaturally high to compete with your Ultimate Charm wielding melee.
