Boss of Tower of Frozen Shadow Spawns from "#a shrouded bat" in Level 7. Only bats with "#" are capable of spawning Tserrina. There are 3 upstairs in level 7, and 4 downstairs.

Tserrina will always spawn in the center of the mirror room.

Rarely, Advisor Svartmane (who drops the Master Essence of Frozen Shadow, and Spirit of the Ninja) will spawn upon the death of Tserrina. He will spawn in the north end of the north wing, so make sure to check for him after killing Tserrina ("/target Svart").
