Advisor Svartmane is a Tower of Frozen Shadow Floor 7 boss that will rarely spawn upon the death of Tserrina Syl`Tor. He will spawn in the north end of the north wing of floor 7, so make sure to check for him after killing Tserrina ("/target Svart").
