VhalSera

- VhalSera is the boss of Tower of Frozen Shadow Level 6. He is located in the second section of level 6 ("6b") and is spawned by killing "#an Ice Shade" - only the shades with "#" will spawn him) Typing "/tar #an_i" using an underscore instead of a space will allow you to check if the proper mob is up.
- Additionally, he has a chance to spawn from killing any trash mob located on floor 6a or 6b.
