Plagueborn
NPC in Sunderock Springs or Blackburrow who can be spawned by killing any type of creature. Plagueborns spawn upon death of orcs, gnolls, sarnaks, bandits, etc. The screen will rattle and shake upon spawn of any plagueborn in the zone, regardless of who spawns it.
