Plagueborn

NPC in Sunderock Springs or Blackburrow who can be spawned by killing any type of creature. Plagueborns spawn upon death of orcs, gnolls, sarnaks, bandits, etc. The screen will rattle and shake upon spawn of any plagueborn in the zone, regardless of who spawns it. Some plagueborn are stationary and will fire arrows until within melee range, others can be kited.

They have a chance to drop Glowing Hammer parts which are part of the Mythical Hammer quest needed to complete the Ultimate Armor quest.
