Buff Bot
A Buff Bot can be found in Surefall Glades, the Nexus and Stonehive. She will give you a basic set of buffs depending on your level to help you. You can also get those buffs from your pet once you have completed the Caster's Guild Quest. Be careful not to anger her, or she might make you kill yourself.
