Epic Weapon Skin effect which gives bonus damage to a certain NPC, or a type of npc (e.g. "dragons", "dark elves")
This is especially useful for the boss of Loping Plains, Floating Skull, since he can only be damaged with bane weapons
Ultimate Weapon 8 and greater does bane damage to Floating Skull
