Froglok NPC in Trakanon's Teeth. Occasionally drops Medallion of the Nathsar. This item, along with Medallion of the Kunzar (dropped from Froglok Foragers in the same zone) are given to Emperor Ganak for the Trakanon Idol, which is one of the components for the Caster's and Fighter's Guild Quests.
