Tsukasa
Tsukasa is the LDoN quest merchant and can be found in the Nexus or Stonehive. You can turn in a card(4x for an illusion) for class armor, buy or sell extra cards, or purchase v1 charm upgrades for 2000 credits. You can also turn in two illusion masks for a random illusion mask.
