Someone can fix the wording of the first paragraph (seems a little opinionated for guide, but GMajors have always been the king Essence and I've seen my share of noobs get ripped off by people taking advantage of them not knowing the value. =)

I agree - removed it entirely, not sure that it adds much value to the article.
