Hillard, Master Weaponsmith
Hillard offers 4 weapon quests
These involve collecting various componets from mobs/bosses
NOTE Be aware, these weapons are in the same lore group as Ultimate Weapons.
If you complete a quest with a Ultimate Weapon in your Inventory/Bank, The Halloween Weapon will be deleted by the server.
If you plan to make a Ultimate Weapon, ensure you have destroyed the Halloween Weapon, or your Ultimate Weapon will be deleted when created.
HW weapons have had Ultimate Weapon Lore group removed, allowing you to now keep the HW Weapon if you want to.
