This quest is offered by Leokul Spiritmender and tells you to obtain 100 pieces of Stolen Loot. The loot of which he speaks are incredibly rare drops from bandit mobs in the zone. Alternatively, each kill of a Bandit Leader will award all raid members with +5 credit for this quest.
