The effect "Increase chance to block by 10000%" makes you block every attack for 12 seconds. This is extremely useful when there are lots of NPC's hitting you at a time, as you will deal a large amount of damage to most of them simultaneously with your Epic Defensive Zeal.
The cooldown on this item is 5 minutes.
This item is random drop from the bosses in Airplane. Seems most common from Prime Healer and Lightbringer.
