This mob spawns on Tower of Frozen Shadow Level 6 and is the spawn trigger of the boss of Floor 6: Vhal'Sera. It can appear in 2 separate locations at a very shy 5% spawn rate. Both spawns can have #an ice shade up simultaneously, but only one Vhal'Sera can be up at once, so only kill one at a time if you happen to ever witness this miracle take place!
