The Lotto Bot is found in Nexus or Stonehive and you can win platinum from a game of chance. To play, hand Lotto Bot 1000pp and then /say a number. If it matches, you win the platinum in the jackpot.
Every time a person plays, the jackpot is raised by 500p (half the buyin amount)
