The effect "Increase chance to riposte by 10000%" makes you counter every attack for 18 seconds. This is extremely useful when there are lots of NPC's hitting you at a time, as you will deal a large amount of damage to most of them simultaneously.
The cooldown on this item is 4 minutes.
