This item drops from Tserrina Syl`Tor in Tower of Frozen Shadow. She is spawned by killing "#a shrouded bat" (only the bats with the "#" can spawn her) in the 7th level.

This weapon is particularly nice as it is the only weapon that has type 22 AND type 8, which allows an additional Ninjastrike 8
