The Guardian of the Seal is part of the Essence of Norrath quest.

- Master Yael is his place holder.
- "/say Brellsrest" to the Teleporter NPC and you will be ported to Brell's Rest zone. Then directly behind you is a tunnel that will take you to Guardian or Yael's spawn location.
